Dairy Queen Is Bringing Back Its Fan-Favorite Pumpkin Spice Blizzard — Here’s How You Can Get One for Free

Dairy Queen released its new Fall Blizzard Treat Menu on Monday. The company says it’s meant to turn the fear of fall into a celebration of the season, and it’s even giving them away for free to get everyone excited.

“Whether it’s getting a treat after a long day at school or satisfying a sweet tooth after a fall activity, DQ has always been a place where family and friends can spend quality time together,” said Maria Hokanson, executive vice president of marketing at American Dairy Queen.

The brand said that fans can enjoy “new and returning favorites,” such as the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard Treat, which is a great treat for this time of year. Here is what you need to know about each taste that is coming back.

Pumpkin Pie Blizzard Treat Is Coming Back.

In a news statement, Dairy Queen said that the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard is made with “real pumpkin pie pieces” and DQ’s own soft serve. It is then topped with whipped topping and nutmeg to make it look like fall.

French Silk Pie Blizzard Treat Is Back!

People can once again get a Blizzard that is made with “chocolate chunks, pie pieces, and cocoa fudge” that are mixed into soft serve and then topped with more whipped topping.

The New Caramel Java Chip Blizzard Treat Is Here!

That same soft serve can now be mixed with “coffee, choco-espresso crunch pieces, and caramel topping,” which is new for this year.

A New Treat Called OREO Fudge Brownie Blizzard

The Oreo Fudge Blizzard is also new to the menu. It has soft serve with Oreo bits, brownies, and chocolate fudge in it.

New: Blizzard Treat With Salted Caramel Truffles

Want something more salty and sweet? Try the Salted Caramel Truffles in Dairy Queen’s soft serve. They are mixed with toffee bits, chocolate chunks, and cocoa fudge.

New: A Cookie Dough Blizzard Treat Made With Reese’s Pieces.

If you want a little more sweet crunch, try the Reese’s Pieces Blizzard. It has soft serve, chocolate chip cookie dough, and peanut butter filling from the same brand.

Just Added The Royal NY Cheesecake Blizzard Treat.

Lastly, there’s the Cheesecake Blizzard, which is DQ’s soft serve mixed with real cheesecake pieces and graham cracker crumbs and topped with strawberry topping.

If any of these sound good to you, you should act quickly because they are only available for a short time, just like fall. If you need more reason to go try one, Dairy Queen also has a deal where you can buy one and get another one free. If you use the DQ Mobile App at participating stores across the U.S. between September 9 and September 22, you can get the Blizzard Treat deal.

Hokanson also said, “With our BOGO free offer, fans can get not one but two Blizzard Treats. It doesn’t get any better or sweeter than that.” “There is something for everyone on our Fall Blizzard Treat Menu line-up.”
